They speak english and are very nice
Good service and definitely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They meet customer needs whenever possible, perhaps an extra smile wouldn't be a bad thing.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff and manager, who can recommend any equivalent alternatives at a better price. SUPER their face line! Both basic and osmotic, which is great. The body cream of the latter is also TOP. I have very delicate skin, which gets red and irritated easily. Since using this line it has changed my life: I finally found the right products which, among other things, have affordable prices. Before I had to go to very expensive lines to be able to find the QUALITY of this pharmacy's line! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND it to everyone!!!! Their hair line is also EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I can't give more than 2 stars to this pharmacy of about 20 square meters where I recently bought something at least 50 times: about 5 times I happened to notice (unfortunately always A LITTLE AFTER the moment of purchase) a mistake between the price of the medicine - which very often can be read on the box - and what was shown on the receipt (where the price was higher), or to find myself charged for two medicines instead of (as would have been correct) just one, or to bitterly discover a price really salty (compared to other Trieste pharmacies) for a product that had no label or sticker with the price. Furthermore, none of the pharmacists in this pharmacy (including the DIRECTOR with capital letters - as he writes - G. Moras) has ever smiled, not even slightly, either at me or at the other customers.
Long waits outside the door in the middle of winter, not always healthy, only to then discover with detestable habit that the antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-asthma prescribed by the doctor isn't there and you have to go elsewhere or return. However, if you need cosmetic products you will find a large assortment. Unless you live 50 meters away, all alternatives are preferable and it's worth moving around a bit
