Really nice and well lit pharmacy. Clean and in a convenient location. Truly professional and trained pharmacists I found the drug I was looking for and concluded the sale quickly and effectively. The only flaw: I pay with the card and without asking me, he makes a null transaction using the contactless method which clearly no one had authorized him to do. Immediately after pointing this out to him, he moves the payment by inserting the card into the POS. I would like to point out that the contactless payment method must ALWAYS be accompanied by prior authorization and DOCUMENT and not used as a fast method for one's own interests.

After having periodically spent hundreds of euros on various products from them, as well as having purchased very expensive drugs for my mother's serious and rare illness for years (I remember that at every refill they welcomed us with open arms), today an indignant pharmacy refused of selling me a 'generic antihistamine' with the excuse that the prescription was needed and telling the colleague in my presence "of course he wants that one because it's cheap and he has lots of them". It is an over-the-counter medicine that I have always purchased without any problems and without a prescription. Indeed, when I asked for an antihistamine, no pharmacist in Sardinia ever offered me a generic one, but always the usual very expensive ones with a very limited number of tablets. I made the discovery in Perugia, when a very kind pharmacist asked me for an antihistamine and immediately offered me the generic one. From that moment on, when I needed it, I always asked for the generic product which was always given to me without any problem. And I doubt that the colleagues of the 'kind' pharmacist Ruscazio are less dutiful in dispensing drugs without a prescription. Besides not giving me what I needed, she was, there's no denying it, extremely rude. It's a shame that they didn't recognize their client, who they certainly won't see again. Rated O
