Terrible, they have a display at the entrance to take the numbers based on the services to be performed, I had to pay a ticket for a hospital visit, a lady who had to book a visit takes the number for the drugs (therefore the wrong one), they call at the same time as two different counters, one is my number and the other is that of the aforementioned lady, who approaches counter no. 3 who had called me. The pharmacist, unaware of everything, because she is too busy talking to her colleagues, does not notice that the lady has the wrong number, in the meantime the doctor at the other counter who had called disappears into thin air. Everything flows peacefully, people who had having taken the number after me they were served first, until because I had been waiting for a long time, a luminary arrives and tells me to go to the cosmetics counter, I hesitate because I explain to her that I had to pay a ticket and she with a pedantic tone replies to me don't worry since there is a graduate there too. But we're joking but who has ever talked about a degree, but what does it matter to me, you should worry about the immorality of your clerks and doctors, as a graduate myself I was offended by the words said by this doctor, because those who don't have a degree are not in able to pay a ticket for a visit well.... Or is it to be considered inferior, all this because the doctors in this pharmacy are distracted and don't check the numbers.

Pharmacy always stocked, I rarely had to order a product, a product which however was delivered to me already in the afternoon. Also excellent for the supply of veterinary products/drugs. However, I only leave three stars for the staff. The courtesy of doctors towards customers is never the best. They often talk to each other about their own business while you are at the front of the desk as if you don't exist. You are professionals and you are doctors, it would be appropriate to behave as such.

I have been a customer for a short time. I signed up for the card, but I was shocked to find myself clearly paying more for a medicine that I usually purchase.
