I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years and have always appreciated the kindness and helpfulness. However, the last experience I had was disappointing. I had brought a recipe which indicated a product in the form of foam. The pharmacist, however, told me that the requested product did not exist in the form of foam of that dosage and that it only existed as a solution. His response left me perplexed, but I accepted the solution offered. Once I got home, I did some research and discovered the existence of the foam version of the dosage indicated on my prescription. Upon my return to the pharmacy, I did not receive an apology for the mistake made but I was told that the foam product would arrive in the afternoon and that I could return the incorrect product without problems, even though I had opened the package. In the afternoon, I went back to the pharmacy and finally got the correct product. However, at this point, I was told that to make the return I would have to have another prescription filled out by my GP. Which obviously I didn't do, because at that point the return wouldn't have been made by them but by everyone's pockets. Due to this negative experience and the lack of sincere apologies from the staff, I have decided that I will not return to this pharmacy again.
