The pack that they supplied can be heated in hot water or cooled in the freezer. It cost roughly 15 euros. When used it is flexible so it can be moulded to cover the injured part.

Professionalism, perfect service, high level of custom care, solved a problem for me that five other pharmacies in the area had not solved, despite the fact that today I am a passing customer but previously lived in the area for forty years.
