Very poorly
Over Christmas I went asking for a mucolytic syrup and they gave me a honey supplement. Honestly, if you go to the pharmacy you expect to rely on a professional and not the teleshopping guy, so at the time I paid and left. As soon as I left the store I glanced at the product and immediately turned around and asked, "kindly a medicine that contains an active ingredient". If I want to supplement honey I can easily get it from the supermarket, acacia wildflower or any variety of my choice, spending less. The staff tells me that they will change it for me but I will have to pay them the difference, a difference that doesn't exist because Fluifort, which is a real medicine, coincidentally, cost less. And that's what I asked for. Now today my boyfriend goes to ask for another mucolytic syrup and I see him come home again with that overpriced Lloyds Fluid supplement. In the meantime, get a star and then wait for me tomorrow as I come to make the change (and pay the difference obviously). Who knows how many you have placed like this. Technically you would be there to help people, not to profit from their ignorance.
