rude, unpolite and disrespectful staff. He closes before the established time, not agreeing to give me a simple medicine, finding the excuse that he has already closed everything.
I have been going to this pharmacy for more than 20 years, and I have always found it very good. Pharmacists always very helpful and courteous, offering useful advice on purchases. The pharmacy is very well organized both in terms of shelves, entrance/exit and choice of products: they have a truly varied line of gluten-free products. Inside you can find a very good cosmetic line, sometimes you can also find interesting offers for foundations and concealers. I recommend it because it is located in an easily accessible area and easily reachable on foot from most parts of Follonica.

"young man" at the counter very rude, neither a good morning, nor a thank you, ATM taken away and thrown there without even handing it over, not even half a word. update: (9/2021) I send to buy a specifically pediatric thermometer for a 1 and a half year old child, unfortunately the person goes to this pharmacy, trusts and doesn't check, at home I find a glass thermometer, 60s style (dangerous x children) obviously not fast but old fashioned from 5 minutes. p.s.: the infrared almost 70 euros, in the pharmacy on the Corso in Piombino on offer 25 €. congratulations across the board…
