Very bad experience. On January 20th I called to book the swab test for my 9 year old son's return to quarantine: he was supposed to return on the 24th but there was no room. So far nothing strange. So I book it for the 25th, I show up at the indicated time but they tell me that there are connection problems with ATS and they can't do it for me. I would have had to wait outside with the baby waiting for the connection to be restored for who knows how long. I wait an hour and still nothing. I kindly ask if, so as not to make the child wait in the cold, they could still do the swab and insert it once the connection is restored but they don't want to listen to reasons. Swiss! In the meantime, I hear from an acquaintance who is queuing at another pharmacy and tells me that the swabs are done regularly and there is a connection. I go to this other pharmacy and I finally manage to get the swab done. I expected different treatment and a bit of understanding since we were only 2 parents with children, not 50. Then the town is small and I find out that in the evening they do several swabs on another class in the same school as my son without any reservation. Will it be true? Of course, with the right knowledge...
