Availability, courtesy, and punctuality, I turned to this pharmacy for an ECG, and I had a great time.

I turned to them for a blood pressure holter, since I couldn't find anyone in my area who did it quickly. They made an appointment for me for the day after my phone call. In three days I had the result via email, after a prior phone call. Efficient, fast, professional, the price is honest.

This morning the service was done in a hurry. Requested 4 different products and only 1 corresponds to my requests! If the customer asks for a specific product they must receive that, not what they want. If the customer asks for the tax code to be included on the receipt, they must enter it even if the products are not deductible, they should not be interested in the reason why the customer makes this request!

A thousand questions we don't know what to take a drug for which among other things was the pharmacy on duty, and so much arrogance for nothing. As far as I'm personally concerned, you lose a customer if you're like this with others too. Next time I'll go to another pharmacy on duty given your responses and above all your arrogance.
