They sold me the wrong drug, veterinary use, I said the correct name Restamyl Gel, They gave me Restamil toothpaste. At home I agreed that the drug was not the one requested. I asked to change it over the phone, unfortunately I had already opened the free toothbrush included in the package. Not only did they refuse the exchange, but they were very rude, raising their voices when I complained that they had made the mistake in giving me the wrong medicine. With what they earn, if they make a mistake they should at least change the drug even if the free gift worth 50 cents was already opened, of course the drug is sealed. NOT RECOMMENDED
On the night of the 7th I went to get some medicine.. They didn't let me pay with the debit card because it wasn't working(?) and they asked me for cash.. When I returned home the next day I realized that the night tax of 10 euros had not been added on the receipt, which normally when paying with a debit card would have been included in the payment.
Good pharmacy run by kind and competent people, clean and tidy
