If you can, go to another pharmacy... courtesy and helpfulness... these strangers... arrogance and presumption at the top!!!
Inability to understand the customer. COVID positive and symptomatic, in isolation, I send a colleague with the prescription for brufen 600mg prescribed by my doctor in Verona in electronic format, because, for obvious reasons, I cannot have the original. It is NOT given to me because the recipe must be original. Real. It's a shame that the situation doesn't allow me to travel to retrieve the prescription and take the original one to the pharmacy. Even a dog would understand that I'm not trying to abuse an NSAID, but I need it for cough and inflammation, but they don't!
IF YOU ARE SICK DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! In the space of a week my boyfriend, who lives not far away, showed up twice at this business (I can't call it a pharmacy), the first to request the green pass, where he was told that they are available to citizens for this service only for 30 minutes a day between 8.30 and 9.00 in the morning, when instead other pharmacies provide it for the entire working hours, and this poor service alone means not fulfilling one's role as best as possible; but they gave the best this Friday when my boyfriend, asthmatic, in the throes of an asthma attack, shows up at the same business, with a prescription sent via what's app by his doctor, given the impossibility of finding the original, and he was told that they would not have released any medicine with that prescription because the lady at the counter wanted the original. He then went to an ultra pharmacy in increasingly precarious conditions and naturally received the medicine immediately, as happened with the green pass. Now I understand the rules (the prescription invites via What's App had still written the doctor's name and number, patient's name, and date) but a commercial activity must be able to fulfill its role, and a pharmacy must be available of citizens to solve health problems, this commercial activity instead seems to only care about its own interests, whatever they may be! STAY AWAY
The kindness and availability found in this pharmacy is 10 Thanks for what you do
Today called at least 8 times, it always rings free and no one answers, it seems impossible to me that everyone is always busy
