Entered the farmacy in a small panic. Almost immediately after I entered I was approached by a friendly person. As I do not speak Italian, she translated my questions and concerns to the farmacist and the two of them gave me more than what I was hoping for. Thank you!

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for 3 years but it ends here!!!! On September 20th I received the 30% discount on cosmetics for my birthday which was valid for 7 days, I went on September 27th and they told me it was not valid, I showed the message and they told me it wasn't up to them... so I said call someone to ask ever they say there is nothing they can do! And already there...let's leave it alone... I go today to get the usual Roche Polay products and for the product with the price of 24.90 they charge me 31.90 after which I ask them how much it costs and they say that the prices are being updated and that it costs like this now, and I tell them I say that they had to inform me of the new price before paying, and the girl with brown hair tells me that she can't do anything, that she has already done the loscandrino and that there was a sheet (all rolled up) of the prices being updated to which I I get angry and tell him that I don't want it at this price, and in the end I had to get another cheaper brand, 2 bottles that cost the same as one of those, then I went to the Lipercoop pharmacy and asked about the price increase and they told me that there has been no increase on this line from roche posey.... In my opinion, most of the staff are rude and incompetent and if there is a way to report this to the consumer office I will! Never again!!!!!

It has certainly changed management, and now the waiting times are biblical. There is always little staff and each person who goes to the counter becomes a matter of tens of minutes. The search for drugs is also often very long. Without a doubt very kind and affable staff, But you can't waste half an hour every time you go to this pharmacy. Worst shame.
