Their customer service sucks big time. They are really rude and dare to shout at customers...really disappointed. Will never come back to this drugstore
Every time I call this pharmacy (and I call 2-3 times a year) I find the utmost rudeness, even though different people answer me. I'm sick! Eat less sour yogurt for breakfast and remember that anyone who calls for information or shows up at the pharmacy is a citizen who has health needs to satisfy, it's not like they enjoy breaking the nuts.
Pharmacy that also serves as a cup but most of the time their terminals don't work. Several times I waited in line only to be told that the terminal wasn't working and without an apology. At this point I would like to ask you, if it bothers you that people come to book visits, why do you do this service? I'm sorry but I don't know what to think
They are always very kind and competent, always trying to help the customer with useful advice
Ethically not professional at all. They treat the elderly badly. High prices. The CUP always blocked! Uncivilized on the phone and the prescriptions from the nearby clinic are questionable.
