My feedback is linked exclusively to the experience relating to the swab which, after having performed it, was thrown away after just over a minute when in reality you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for a more reliable result. Obvious strategy to maximize profits. I wasn't even given the receipt! Seriousness 0!!! Update in response to the owner's comment: I saw my test tube thrown away about 3 minutes after taking the sample. What standard procedures are we talking about? Subsequently, I and the other customers who, like me, took the (super quick) swab were accompanied to the cash register: I paid in cash and upon receiving the result I received a warm "goodbye" without a receipt. I consider speculating in this context, in this historical moment, unfair and aberrant.
Finally the San Paolo neighborhood with this pharmacy can be said to be a Top neighborhood!!! Sincere congratulations!!!! Well done. You are so available. Always very careful. I was a customer in the smallest pharmacy located near the hospital. Keep going
