I join the long series of negative reviews of this "pharmacy". They didn't want to give me a drug with a prescription from the medical guard without paying the additional fee, even though it is written on their own sign that the payment of the additional fee is not due if the prescription is issued by the medical guard. He also refused the debit card payment of €4.30, citing senseless excuses and reasons. Report sent to the pharmacists' association.

They refused payment by debit card because "below €4 the debit card stops" Congratulations for the bullshit of the day, obviously already reported to the financial police. In 2024 I still have to hear these things 👎🏻

I went there on 9/21 to ask for information and I received an annoyed and very rude response from the pharmacist present. I pointed out that I respectfully asked for just one piece of information, I politely waited my turn and there was no customer waiting after me so I wasn't being a nuisance. It was an attitude of superiority and gratuitous rudeness. He could have replied that the matter was not within his competence with the same politeness with which I addressed him. He then tried to apologize but that's just not the way.

I can't give zero stars but that's what they deserve, incompetent at their job, if you feel bad I recommend changing the pharmacy I hope they change management or they close

Really bad. Like many others I give one star because you can't give less. If you go in the morning shortly after the indicated opening time, or in the evening just before it closes, you will always find it with the shutters down. When I finally managed to find it open I had to deal with the senior pharmacist (a couple of times, evidently the first one wasn't enough for me) who was really grumpy and didn't know how (or didn't want) to help me. I won't come back again, even though I live a stone's throw away 🚫
