I ask for a pack of voltfast, a young and agitated pharmacist asks me for the prescription. I politely say that I have never been asked for a prescription for that drug and the pharmacist responds with completely inappropriate arrogance and arrogance. I suggest that the owners place the aforementioned young pharmacist in charge of arranging shelves, given that the relationship with customers is not really his thing.

At the time of processing the order, some products were missing which were available. These are not replaced and shipping costs are charged for the entire original order making it not very convenient. There is no point in contacting customer service by telephone. Nobody answers!! To a protest email the response was simply that it can happen!!! I am editing the review to better clarify the concept of shipping costs which, since they are not free, because the order amount is lower than the established one, for this very reason affect the order in the absence of the products ordered. I confirm that I have received a refund never in doubt. In any case, it is impossible to talk to you.

The Saettone Pharmacy is located in the heart of Savona. It is well stocked, has all-day hours, and precisely because the employees are efficient and courteous it is always very crowded. The organisation, in this period of covid management, is impeccable. As far as swabs are concerned, it is preferable to book so that you can show up at the agreed time and day without having to wait too long. You pay at the cash register on the ground floor and then head to the elevator which takes you to the upper floor. You sign the privacy and authorization documents and shortly afterwards you are called by the staff. Even in this case I must say that the experience was not unpleasant; you are not traumatized by the swab, which is performed professionally, with attention to the person. After which the regular greenpass is issued in paper format and shortly afterwards the digital one arrives. In addition to the staff, my thanks go to the owner for the wonderful initiative of the swab for 8 euros until October 31st. "She has shown sensitivity and this certainly pays off for her."

They write "home delivery" but then they are selective and refuse to do it. Yesterday morning I woke up with swollen hands and knotty fingers. I called my doctor who recommended an over-the-counter medication. Not feeling well due to the excessive heat (I have circulatory and blood pressure problems), I thought of contacting the pharmacy and requesting home delivery of the medicine. I live alone, I have no family, relatives or neighbors available for any errand. The doctor at the pharmacy counter with whom I spoke on the phone and to whom I made a request, briefly explaining the situation and the doctor's advice, refused to "inconvenience" a warehouse worker to make the delivery for me, adding that in the meantime it would not be useful to me. Don't take the drug, because it would only start to act after 15 days! Very caring about people's health, this precious pharmacy doctor! She allowed herself to deny the right advice from a doctor. She didn't want to know how to give me help! I wonder: but home delivery, so it's not for everything? What is not an important drug for her could and was important for me and my health! I really felt bad about it, but really badly. also because I have been frequenting the pharmacy as a good customer for many years.
