I had a hard time getting in with my niece's pram as there is a small step at the entrance. I think it's difficult for a disabled person.

I ordered some medicines from this pharmacy, as I was unable to go there in person. They were available and I thank them. However, the doctor who made the delivery asked me for SatisPay as a payment method (or cash, which I didn't have). I am grateful that I am 21 years old because an elderly person certainly does not have SatisPay but certainly needs medicines, much more than a student. Then, generally, it is not so obvious to use SatisPay, so, since the doctor admittedly did not have SatisPay, I asked if I could pay via ATM, to simplify her work. The doctor, almost angrily, replies "how can I bring you the debit card, sorry?". I don't pretend to be right, but if I ask about the availability of paying with a debit card it's because I know that, in 2021, there are devices specifically used for wireless payments via debit cards, such as SumUp (which costs €30). Now, just like SatisPay, SumUp isn't as widely used either, but I didn't like the doctor's almost irreverent response. Apart from this, as I said at the beginning, I appreciated the availability and listening of the interlocutor.

Very bad. I ordered a gel and I received a powder. I ordered an antibiotic and the next day they told me that my prescription, seen the night before, was not valid. Furthermore, many of the staff are highly unpleasant
