Terrible experience at this pharmacy. The staff are extremely rude and inefficient. I was there waiting to buy some drugs and no one even paid me a glance. One of the sales assistants was chatting amiably with a customer without worrying in the slightest about the growing queue. The other three employees were busy with their phones, completely ignoring the customers. I don't know what they were doing, but they certainly weren't working. It is unacceptable that such behavior occurs in a pharmacy, where speed and customer care are essential. If the staff is not interested in doing their job, it would be better to close this place. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone from going to this pharmacy. Shameful!

This pharmacy is a total disappointment. While I was waiting to purchase some medications, the staff demonstrated a total lack of professionalism. An employee was chatting with a customer for long minutes, completely ignoring the queue. The other three employees were lost in their phones, as if the customers didn't exist. No one bothered to help me or accommodate my requests. It is absurd that a place that should provide an essential service is managed in such an irresponsible way. Not only did I waste precious time, but I felt completely ignored and frustrated. If this is how they plan to run a pharmacy, they would be better off closing. I strongly advise against this pharmacy to anyone.

Terrible service! There were a lot of people in line and the staff were playing with their phones, doing nothing. I don't know what they were doing, but they definitely weren't working. Knowing that there were people waiting, they continued to play on the phone. If they have nothing to do, it would be better for them to go home.
