The male pharmacist appeared to ignore me. I noticed other patients had a ticket and they were called to be assisted. One of the customers pointed out the machine to get my ticket and came to assist me as it was in Italian. Not customer service friendly 😒
I went here looking for a an inhaler and also nasal filters for allergies. The staff were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you need some advice and are not sure what medicine you need. They speak good English too...so if your Italian isn't up to much, you'll survive ;)
