If an elderly person who perhaps understands nothing about medicines goes, they will give you EVERYTHING! Useless stuff for the need, nothing to do with the request. Avoid! Addition after the pharmacy's response: if you don't understand what a person wants, even worse is that you give them everything you have in the store. It means that you take advantage of the situation since he doesn't understand anything. The boy who speaks fluent Italian was not aware that the elderly man would go to the pharmacy alone and the boy did not know that the drug he requested was on prescription, because years ago it was not. In such cases you send him to the doctor, like other pharmacies do. I hope you never do something like this again to others who may not even have someone to ask if medicines are suitable for their situation and it could seriously damage their health.

Absolutely to avoid. Rude and unprepared staff. Tax receipt requested, not issued because he does not have a health card, although the tax code I was dictating to him is sufficient. Requested cancellation of receipt, this also refused. I hope I don't need to go there again

This morning I did a quick swab here. The service was terrible and the pharmacist was uncommentably rude! He didn't even make me sit down for the blood sample, he wasn't wearing an overcoat or other devices that I know are mandatory for this service and finally, after kindly asking him for the QR code printout, he replied that all that shouldn't even have been the his job because, among other things, it takes him 10/15 minutes each time....! Upon my observation that, if he was there in that role, it was because that was also part of his job, he did not hesitate to argue why I had gone there...!! Paradoxical and unpleasant as it had never happened to me before in other pharmacies!

This morning at 8.30 I took a swab, whoever did it certainly remembers me. Since Covid hit, I've had about twenty swabs, but it's never happened to me that I've had blood coming out of my nose, quite a lot of it, immediately after taking the swab. Evidently he inserted it and pushed it in too much, causing the "pain" to go away shortly thereafter, and blood loss. The pharmacist's reaction was "I've done a thousand, it never happened", he showed no regret for what had happened. My reaction was clearly annoyed. Another even more important aspect is that I believe that the safety measures for carrying out rapid nasal tests in the pharmacy were not followed. "The pharmacist wears adequate Personal Protective Equipment: FFP2/KN95 mask (the mask must cover the nose, mouth and chin well and must fit perfectly); gloves; disposable gown or overcoat, if available, to be dedicated to the activities; eye protection (visor/glasses)." I'm not sure he sanitized his hands before, he certainly didn't have a disposable gown, gloves or visor. He had a mask on. I strongly advise against taking the swab test in this pharmacy.

Excellent pharmacy, stocked with every product (even those not strictly belonging to the pharmaceutical category) and with friendly and trained staff. I needed to take a Covid swab several times and the doctor. Davide proved to be competent, professional and very helpful and friendly every time. Thank you!
