Very competent to provide answers to every need. Friendliness and kindness reign supreme
Positive for professionalism and courtesy. Well-stocked pharmacy, I hardly have to wait the next day for missing medicines and this is very important to me. I also found some fantastic Calabrian liquorice that I bought directly in Rossano Calabro with an almost identical price. Very good. I will definitely come back.
I gave 1 star because 0 cannot be given. I called on the phone to book a swab and the pharmacist was incredibly rude after telling me absolutely no, we are very full (it takes 3 seconds for a swab) and after I said kindly to her, look, I have to go to work, it's not like I'm coming now, can I do it in a moment? She replied listen if I told you I have no place I have no place and then hang up the phone in my face. I tried calling 10 more times but it was still busy. Now I ask myself... the pharmacy should help people, if you as a pharmacist are not capable of it, really change your profession. Rude people, I'll never go there again.
