Very well organized and prompt with service

It is a well-equipped pharmacy but the service is simple. obnoxious and rude. The only nice person is the young one, the other older doctor is rude. I always think that if a person doesn't like their job, they should retire or look for a job where they can at least work in peace. Working with the public is not easy, but customers must be served fairly and with kindness, this does not consume electricity or involve an expense for the company. I had to see how he responded to an older person, in a hateful way, I thought, I hope this man won't treat me like this. It was exactly my turn. I purchase a non-cheap product from a very famous cosmetics brand and I ask if they won't give me free samples for the purchase, and they say NO in an unpleasant way and babble I don't know what under their breath, and go away leaving me alone . The cashier next door gives a woman free samples of the same brand of cosmetics at that precise moment and without bringing any purchase. He was just advising the lady. I don't understand, I don't want to think it's because I'm a foreigner.

As far as I'm concerned, I have rarely found pharmacists as helpful, courteous and competent as those at the S. Francesco Pharmacy in Viale Turati in Lecco. It is my trusted pharmacy and in any case I observe the same high professional level towards all users! I also add a sensitivity towards the problems of the users themselves which is not always so frequent or obvious. A particular mention for Doctors Elisabetta and Marta, not because the rest is less, but because I often interact with the two of them. Congratulations to everyone!!!

Zero kindness. When he was on duty last night my husband went to buy antibiotics, the answer in a really bad way is that they don't sell without a prescription. This morning without a prescription I was able to buy in a high-end pharmacy. It's not for nothing that you have the receptions you have.

I don't understand the reason for all these negative reviews, it is our trusted pharmacy, the Doctors are very well trained, exquisite and very professional staff. In my opinion they are number 1 in Lecco and its province. Keep it up 👏👏👏👏👏
