Rude and unhelpful staff. They should be nicer with all the money you leave behind

Very rude people I ask for insulin syringes and they already start to look bad as if I had to take drugs which even if that were the problem would be my problem having said that I ask and nothing for diabetics..... too busy chatting to try to help a customer com a really bad need

Forced to give at least 1 star but my rating is 0 stars. Equivalent to 0 compliance with pharmacists. I went to this pharmacy to get a medicine that the pharmacy I usually go to didn't have. I had a prescription that had been mistakenly blocked at the other pharmacy. I went to the San Giorgio pharmacy and politely asked them to solve the problem because that drug was essential. The pharmacist accused me by saying "you get the drugs in your pharmacy and here you come to create trouble". Rude and disrespectful. I have always gone to another pharmacy because it is close to home and I went to this one only to request a medicine not available in my usual pharmacy. Furthermore, it wasn't my mistake that the recipe was blocked, so why blame the customer? Shameful. You won't see me again. They say not to judge a book by its cover but unfortunately the market doesn't work like that, you have to earn the customer. I see I'm not the only one with this opinion. Have a good continuation and I hope you learn good manners.

Very friendly staff and available to find any solution to any problem. I will definitely return.

The best pharmacy there is in Modena. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Dr. Barbieri always has the right advice to solve any problem. There were!
