I went to the pharmacy to book a test and I found myself involved in a misunderstanding with one of the pharmacists who responded in an annoyed, touchy and accusatory way for reporting a piece of news reported to me by a private testing laboratory regarding a position of the ASL. Even if a user is misinformed, it is right that he or she is treated politely. I intended to buy some over-the-counter products, but I think I will reluctantly decide to buy online, where I spend even less. Otherwise, the pharmacy is innovative, well-stocked and organised. However, education must always prevail at the basis of efficiency. Good morning, following the appreciable response of the pharmacy owner, I reiterate that it was not my intention to question the veracity of what the pharmacist had said, but the tone and way in which she expressed herself when I exposed the centre's statement of analysis, which even if inaccurate, it was not acceptable to blame the user for the error in a heated and excessive manner. Pharmacy in a good location and with staff who are always very friendly, competent and helpful. You enter by number, without creating a crowd inside. Consequently, rush hours should be avoided because the queue on the street can become long.
