If you happen to need a medicine during the night, in this pharmacy there is a friendly and very professional doctor from Piacenza who will solve your problems. Although I don't hope you need it. Excellent service.
Pharmacy always OPEN with a vast assortment and good availability of medicines. Elegant and clean VERY friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is almost never a wait as there are more people serving Easy access with parking in the surrounding streets Parking is a bit problematic in season
I turn to them at 3.30 am, as they are the only pharmacy open within 10km. Friendliness is not at home and after having slammed the phone in my face twice I am served with unmistakable annoyance. I underline that if a person goes to the pharmacy at that time it is because they are really having problems, in my case an allergic reaction, after having driven 20 minutes a similar treatment certainly does not lighten the experience. Last but not least: I wasn't given a receipt.
I understand being busy, I understand everything, but a pharmacy must also provide telephone service, meaning that someone may have a need and they should answer. I've been trying to call for years for various things, an automatic voice always answers and says: "we can't answer you at the moment, we're busy with other customers". As for the doctors who work there: you have to be lucky because the bad thing can happen to you.
Last night with a problem with a swollen tooth, I asked for a specific antibiotic recommended by my dentist. The pharmacist had no mercy as he didn't have the prescription and didn't give it to me, he was more realistic than the king and applied the law. Now, 200 km from home, my face is twice as swollen. Dear Dr. I wish you every evil, Evil character without mercy
