Very kind and helpful staff, especially Doctor Fabrizio, a very competent person who on many occasions gave us very useful advice. We are very happy to have such a good pharmacy on our doorstep.

When a person enters a pharmacy they expect kindness and welcome. I felt terrible and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived at 12.30 sharp, the shop shutter was pulled down practically in my face, I asked if you could kindly just let me buy some cream for the baby and in unfriendly tones I was told that it was 12.30 and the pharmacy it closed and if I wanted I could come back at 4. Anything goes... I understand that closing time is a sacred thing... but the shutter closed in my face and the response received are far from kindness and cordiality

Requested 3 opinions from 3 different people, if I had listened to the pharmacist I would have created serious problems for everyone. 1) my 9 year old daughter fills her torso with strange pustules in 2 days, following a visual check the pharmacist tells me it's a rash, nothing special! Not happy, I immediately consulted a pediatrician who told me that he reproached me for not having immediately gone to him because he had contracted a streptococcal virus, a more local oral antibiotic treatment. 2) 3 days ago my 73 year old mother got a disastrous sprain, her ankle swollen immediately and disproportionately, my father went to the wonderful pharmacist who advised her not to go to the hospital in Pietra L. Since they cast easily even without a fracture, he therefore sells them a menga cream. Hospital diagnosis of multiple foot and ankle fractures!!!! 3) my eldest daughter goes on holiday with her friend in borghetto s.s. the latter had very serious blisters under the sole of her foot, going to the pharmacy the pharmacist offers to treat her foot by putting a plaster under the sole which she removes subsequently it took off most of the skin!! Judge for yourself!!!!

The pharmacist is unprofessional and attentive to the customer's needs, relating in a grumpy and annoyed manner
