1 star because zero is not possible. Cream searched urgently they said it was unavailable until May (found in 1 minute in the nearby pharmacy) and yesterday for urgent eye drops they invited me to go back to the doctor to change prescription saying it was unavailable everywhere and they didn't have anything vaguely similar (conjunctivitis ordinary) which were also listless and unpleasant and the day before I spent 85 euros on acne creams and not even a 3% discount which is now the default in all pharmacies. really NOT RECOMMENDED and I strongly advise you to review yours. work policies

I am amazed by the reviews with few stars, I have been using this pharmacy for over twenty years, since Dr PALAZZOLI and her staff took it over it has improved a lot. Highly trained and polite staff. I am a "demanding" customer and they have always satisfied me, both for human medicines and for my four-legged animals. If they don't have something available by the evening, they'll get it for me. I can only give it full marks. If they were as rude as a previous review reported, they wouldn't always have lines of people outside!

In this Pharmacy it is possible to speak with trained people, also with reference to integrated medicine. I was also positively struck by the commitment to collecting medical supplies and medicines for Ukraine. Perhaps the distribution of the internal spaces could be reviewed as a part of the pharmacy, large in itself, is not fully used in my opinion. In any case, congratulations on your preparation, listening and patience.

It's the closest pharmacy to my house but now I avoid going there because some of the staff aren't friendly at all. Also, customers can be as annoying as you want but it's really not nice to see them huff and complain as soon as they leave. It's a sign of lack of professionalism.
