Bad experience, they don't order drugs, after 2 weeks I called them back and they eluded me with the story that the drugs don't arrive when I went to other pharmacies and found the product there.

It's impossible to book by phone, furthermore as regards the swab situation it's strange to see pharmacies around with queues and instead in this one even if it's empty there is no queue, if you don't have a reservation they don't carry out swabs. I believe it is both a service and business error. Obviously it's my personal opinion, however the girl who does the swabs has a nice delicate hand compared to some bears.

I took a swab test from them, in addition to having used the home delivery service in the past, I really appreciated the organization for carrying out the aforementioned test, the protection of privacy, for the execution in a dedicated room, while sitting (not 'obvious), and seriousness. Furthermore, it is possible to order via WhatsApp, very convenient! I recommend S.Giuseppe Pharmacy!

Negative experience after making an appointment for the swab they made me wait more than half an hour and then gave me an incorrect swab and a receipt with another person's tax code. Despite the evidence of their mistake they proved arrogant and incompetent. Never again!!!!!

They had made an appointment for me to do two swabs for August 12th at 6pm. We went and found a sign closed from the 12th to the 21st. They didn't even bother to warn me.
