I had a €10 voucher, but they refused to consider it valid, with the excuse that the date was 2016. Yet then they had cashed the money and told me that the voucher had no expiry date. Overall impression: strong propensity to collect, but little attention to customer needs.
Historic Pavia pharmacy, very well stocked and with competitive prices. Very kind and very knowledgeable doctors, always ready to give useful advice. A certainty.
I disagree with the previous two reviews, excellent service, supplied with many medications, punctual with many offers and the doctors in charge of cosmetics are very well trained. With little effort of intellect, one can affirm after what I have read that if I present a voucher from 2016 or shielded in 2018 I will be anachronistic.
I also had a similar experience with a voucher that they didn't want to consider valid because several months had passed. I noticed a lot of rigidity in this sense, yet it wouldn't have cost them anything to meet me, after all they had taken the money. In other pharmacies in Pavia itself I found a very different welcome.
Courteous, helpful and competent staff. The owner is an exquisite person. I heartily recommend!
