They treat you without any care if you are not Italian. I went to do a rapid Covid test, which I had already booked. The lady was very unkind, creating a lot of problems because their own informatic system was not working (at least that is what she said, because I saw at least 5 people doing a test while I was there...), making zero efford to communicate with me or help to resolve a problem of their own inneficiancy.

They don't speak english nor french and made it very clear We don't matter if We are not italians..i went there just for my pregnant wife's sprung ankle and was vaguely oriented to an orthopedic center that We fortunately came to pass by during the day... because the eating -her-nails-in-front-of-us old lady behind the counter didnt even bother to give us directions...
