I don't like it when the staff tries to offer their own brand of drugs without asking (on which there is a greater profit margin, obviously). Furthermore, not all the staff are well disposed towards customers. Lastly, an unpleasant episode, I had to wait in line for unnecessary minutes as the pharmacist was talking to the customer regarding problems that were beyond the capabilities of pharmaceutical solutions with a queue that had formed in the meantime. Lack of respect towards those who were waiting and, also, lack of privacy (since I heard everything that was the subject of the dialogue).

I had the opportunity to ask Dr. for advice. Guido Verri who gave me excellent suggestions, beyond purchasing products. Even the doctors who work alongside him follow my health journey with attention, availability and courtesy. I have often recommended this pharmacy!
