Standing in line with excruciating back pain. The lady at the counter, despite there being numbers, lets her friend go ahead and starts chatting without considering the queue of at least 8 people. For being a pharmacy, I'd say you can certainly go elsewhere. Much more courtesy and much more professionalism.

Availability (from the first telephone contact), professionalism and courtesy especially of the Doctor who looked after us.
I was satisfied with the swab management, without much fuss and without having to download applications and then never find a place. Either you show up and do it with a minimum of waiting or you call for the day you need and off you go. For the rest a normal pharmacy... shame about the parking space which is impossible to find parking.
The swab was booked, it's the second time. You arrive on time and you have to wait in line outside the pharmacy which is mixed between booked and unbooked... you ask... but am I there right? Follow the queue... or rather follow... it's courtesy but above all what's the point of booking?
