Today, Saturday 27 April 2024, I check if the pharmacy is open, I see that it closes at 12.30, so don't worry, I'll do my things before going to work, there's plenty of time... I arrive here at 12.05 and I find the pharmacy closed. Now I will never explain why Google says you are open when you are not!!! A total disgrace, people cannot rely on the times that YOU have published and shared with people!!!

Given that I have been a customer since 1997 and have never had any kind of problem, did I come across a doctor this evening? At the counter who immediately attacked me because I mentioned the advice given by a nurse who will surely have seen more patients than you. I returned with the prescriptions in hand from my doctor where she prescribed exactly what the nurse had recommended, but I turned the heels and I will go elsewhere from now on. Rudely they even accused me of insulting what I absolutely didn't do and I even asked what bad thing I would have said. I feel sorry for the rest of the people at the counter who have always been very kind over the years, but on this occasion they had to logically take the defense of this person who in my opinion was rude and aggressive. There is a way and way of relating to customers, I would have liked to discuss it with the owner who unfortunately wasn't there. I'll get over it

I have been a customer for years due to the great professionalism and patience of everyone, Mrs. Patrizia, in particular, always very helpful.

This pharmacy is located a few meters from Piazza Della Repubblica next to the Le Glacier bar. Very convenient in terms of centrality, there is also the good fortune that in the stairs of the same building where the pharmacy is located there are several doctors. Fairly large, well-kept pharmacy with fairly friendly staff. It is not a pharmacy open 24 hours a day. These 4 stars are tending towards 5.
