Other than the Sant'Eusebio pharmacy...Here they are very nice and helpful to the customer. I'd rather travel 150 meters more and come here than give money to those who sulk at me and talk as if they were doing me a favor 😊. 5 stars.

Pharmacies in Italy are now perfumeries. You can find cosmetics of all kinds but if you want a drug most of the time you have to order.... poor Italy

I only used the pharmacy for a swab and not to purchase drugs, so I can only express a partial, but positive opinion. Although I had not booked (because I was unaware of this need) I was treated very tactfully and was offered a very fast and accurate service. I also received the third dose of the vaccine here. The waiting time from booking was short and I felt no pain during administration. However, I found the instructions for completing the self-declarations to be a bit hasty and inaccurate, as well as the post-vaccination observation time to be scant and neglected.

The old owner very grumpy and rude to the representatives. It is one of those pharmacies that are so "kind and friendly" with paying customers, and very grumpy and inhumane with "representatives and suppliers". Basically when they have the upper hand they vent their malice, but with customers (who for them are jingling money) they are very kind. As a former agent I know the characters well

Professionals at customer service! Pharmacists are always ready to accommodate personal needs and pay great attention to the aspect of assistance. The pharmacy is open all day and is also open on Saturday mornings: really useful and convenient for any eventuality. Highly recommended!
