There is Doctor Luigi and his assistant, Mrs. Daniela, they are two excellences. Besides the medicines, they also have a friendly smile. I don't change!

Inside there are two pharmacists: the courtesy, kindness and helpfulness of the doctor is contrasted with the rudeness of the other. NEVER AGAIN'!

Unfriendly staff, most of the time the medicine has to be ordered, I strongly advise against it I am forced to give one star for the publication

At 10.30 in the morning I ask for Clexane, a life-saving drug that prevents the formation of blood clots, they inform me that the doctor has written the prescription with which it must be ordered and will be available around 4pm on the same day at no cost to the patient. So I leave them the recipe. When, around 5.30pm, I go to the pharmacy to collect it, they say that the courier is late due to traffic and to try calling later!!! Needless to say, we'll call you back... I also asked if I could go and collect it but it wasn't possible... Alternative, buy it, without the possibility of a refund, for 30 Euros... I called several times but it didn't arrive, I asked them to return the prescription, they said it wasn't possible. They received it the next day...

Qualified staff attentive to user needs. Available and welcoming. They reserve care and attention to the increasingly delicate problems that bureaucracy imposes on us. I also found them on Facebook where they report opening or closing times in order to also facilitate information.
