Farmacia San Rocco

Yesterday I ordered a product I said I would get it yesterday afternoon leaving my name and surname. Unfortunately for serious health reasons, I was only able to go this morning, well they sold it because I had to collect it in the afternoon. I understand that I wasn't a customer, but when I make a commitment, I keep it and if I left my number and telephone number it's because I'm an honest person. Well, since I wasn't a customer, it wasn't kept aside for me and was probably resold to a loyal customer of theirs. Too bad they lost a new customer. Then luckily they found the same product in tablet form and they had more than one product who knows why. Very bad experience

I can only comment on the swabs. Before coming to this pharmacy I took swabs in many other pharmacies. At the Port, in Molassana, in Cesarea, in Via Burlando in Corso Armellini, in L.go Merlo. And no one had ever caused me pain, at most a little discomfort. Instead, in the aforementioned pharmacy I felt a lot of pain. Never again, they will never see me again!!

I strongly advise against this pharmacy. I took an antigenic swab and they hurt me a lot, while in other pharmacies at most I felt a bit of discomfort. Furthermore, the pharmacist who performed the swab was very rude. I will never go there again.
