Good staff and economical prices
I work in Sant'Agata and I often pass by this pharmacy and honestly I have always found it good. The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't seen the same availability elsewhere. 👍🏻

I ordered two cosmetic products on Wednesday evening 14.06 with delivery scheduled for Monday 19.06. Unfortunately, on Saturday 17.06 I was informed that the pharmacy had made a mistake with the shipment and this would have resulted in a delay in delivery: in fact the pharmacy would only be able to manage my new shipment starting from Monday 19.06. On 19.06 I was informed that my package would leave on Tuesday 20.06 with delivery by the end of the week (therefore by Friday 23.06). Ultimately, an order from 14.06 evening will be delivered (we hope!!) by 23.06. Unfortunately, in all this the customer has no protection: in fact, I had asked that the package be re-sent as soon as possible (and therefore on Monday 19.06) with a priority delivery by the following day in order to minimize the delay in consent due to an error by the pharmacy but they simply denied my request, leaving all the consequences of the error to fall on the undersigned. Finally, I would add that they did not want to offer me another solution in order not to make a supplier's error fall on one of their customers. I would have expected some common sense and customer orientation. In the end they told me 'if you're ok with this, otherwise you can return it'. I don't think it's the correct way to treat your customers who find themselves having to suffer a mistake made by others. In any case, as of today, 22.06, after having assured me that the package would leave on Tuesday 20.06, the package appears to have actually been sent on 21.06 and, having contacted the courier, he confirmed to me that the package has not yet left the sender's office. UPDATE FOLLOWING THE RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM THE PHARMACY: If you state that regarding the facts described ''you have no part in what happened other than to deliver the package for you to the courier.'' I would like to point out that, to the best of my knowledge, 1) the package was entrusted by you to the courier on 15.06 indicating an incorrect shipping address; 2) the second shipment, with my correct address, was made on 21.06 at 19.04, as per the tracking on the BRT website. After the first shipment, which was incorrect, I asked for the second shipment to be made as soon as possible (therefore, Monday 19th) with priority delivery by the next day. This request was rejected and the package with the correct address was entrusted to the courier on 21.06: 6 days after the order, 4 days after discovering the error made on the first shipment.
The owners of the Sant'Agata Bolognese Pharmacy, the only one in the town, were very good at selecting your staff. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is kind, helpful and professional ALWAYS! I miss the Doctor's videos, always ready to give advice. But I understand that it takes time and you can't always manage everything. The doctors are nice.
