Day 20/02 I enter this pharmacy and ask if it was possible to do a swab I was just inside the entrance There were no other customers I am attacked by the two "pharmacists", who were behind the counter, As if there was no tomorrow because I didn't have a mask. Ok....I ask you if you could kindly sell me one (60 cents disposable loose that didn't even fit) I go by car he swabs me After 10 minutes he calls me for the result (negative) I go to the checkout (and here's the funny thing) one of the two tells me: "The internet isn't working, I can't print out the hard copy of the result".... "and you know... it doesn't depend on us" Meanwhile the other one tells me: "pay with debit card?..0k" But let me understand one thing about paying for internet And to print the result sheet (paid €15) Internet doesn't work... I don't understand. It's not the first time they've made a noise like that But this is the TOP.

Worst pharmacy ever. Practically no medicine is available at home, not even over the counter, so the "pharmacists" (assuming they are, given how they appear and act) offer you alternatives which in reality have totally different indications and are used for different purposes, so is that my doctor got very angry when I told him that they wanted to sell me a gel/cream that they had at home instead of Voltaren, passed off as "identical". Same experience with antihistamines: you can't even find a simple over-the-counter drug, but they try to sell you a substitute with a different composition. Another negative experience with electro-medical devices: I purchased a €60 oximeter from them, but the employee at the counter, as soon as the product arrived, tried to put it into operation, positioning the batteries with the poles opposite to what was indicated, so , from that moment, the measurements were always imprecise and unlikely, until I had to replace it, purchasing elsewhere, after a short time. No comment. It needs to be closed down and management changed, but as I understand it is in the hands of a Cooperative, so there is little to hope for.

A pharmacist refused to give the morning-after pill, requiring an unnecessary prescription
