Clean, friendly and the best pharmacy I know... Even if it would be better not to go there, I'm not saying this out of malice but because those who go to the pharmacy usually have illness problems so this is what I meant, it's always better not to have any. But then again, excellent pharmacists.

Too bad I don't live nearby but every time I'm in the area and I need a pharmacy I have no doubts.... Competent, always smiling and very kind. I highly recommend

I went for the rapid swab at the Santa Maria del Monte Pharmacy. They had given me an appointment but once I arrived they told me to get in the queue. I waited half an hour, if I had known I would have gone to a pharmacy closer to home. However, the worst came at the time of the swab. There is no possibility of sitting down, you have to stick your nose out of a small window, the pharmacist inside the building, from the side and without being able to look directly at the nasal cavities, inserts the entire swab and shakes it vigorously inside the nostrils. All tested patients that I was able to see cried after the treatment. It was the most painful swab I have had in Cesena or in Germany, where I live. One final personal note. When I said that I would leave a review on Google, whether the swab was performed delicately or not, they replied that they are not a pizzeria and don't need reviews. Do your best.

Worst staff ever seen, unfriendly and rude. The boy throws the cards on the counter instead of handing them, tone of voice slapping. Let's not even talk about the lady.

The kindest pharmacists in Cesena ..without taking anything away from others).. Good professionals ready to always listen and advise and quick in specifics 👍😉🥰
