I went on Monday morning, I bought a swab for Covid and I asked for Brufen 400 tablets, the blonde lady at the pharmacy replied that she only had Brufen 40 pain sachets which were the same as Brufen 400 for flu symptoms. Paid around 16.00, shame that the. My doctor explained to me that that Brufen was of no use, I bought Brufen back in 400 tablets often for around 4.00 euros in another pharmacy with honest people. Shame on you, I went back the next day to tell her since I work nearby but the lady didn't even answer me. Seriousness is professionalism first and foremost. Pharmacy owner, put serious people at the counter. Thank you

Kindness, Professionalism and Competence💪but obviously I'm referring to the cosmetics department....some time ago I had a problem with heavy hair loss after going through menopause.....I highly recommend the SWESSE products that the cosmeotologist Andrea gave me 💞 In addition to being competent, but not pedantic, he is uniquely human!!! I'm only giving one star because it's not possible to give zero. Extreme rudeness. I went in and asked if it was possible to come in out of courtesy, a question to which I didn't even receive an answer, but if I come in and there are 10 minutes left before closing you have to serve me, also because we're talking about a pharmacy and not a bar, so obviously I have a necessity, but a pharmacist, after entering, with an annoyed face told me that everything was blocked, what is still to be understood, so I had to go and look for a night pharmacy on duty. I feel sorry for the other pharmacists who work there because they have always been very kind.
