I've read some negative reviews and I really don't understand. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have always been happy with it. There is usually no queue, the staff is on average courteous. 4 stars for me
Qualified, welcoming and helpful staff. The best pharmacy in Livorno. Dr. Guainai and her collaborators have the ability to advise and direct. Everyone to whom I suggested the Sant'Agostino pharmacy was satisfied.
Gratuitously rude and inefficient, not at all willing to make themselves available to customers, hiding behind non-existent health regulations. The staff working there would be acceptable, but constantly changing, given the owner.
Unprofessional, they forcefully sold me a product they produced that contained lactose, despite my request that I wanted a herbal one. Basically it's that or nothing, I'm lactose intolerant. There is no education or respect for customers. Absolutely not recommended. They don't make you feel comfortable. ABSOLUTELY not recommended SHAME
Unprofessional behavior. Rude ways are used gratuitously. (And I'll refrain from saying anything else) Furthermore, they refused to give me a medicine regularly prescribed by the vet. It was a recipe with use in derogation. Hallucinating Too bad we can't give less than one star
