Very famous pharmacy in Italy for galenic preparations, I have purchased about ten times in total and I must say that the lotions are well made. Apart from this, however, I found very little attention to the customer. You always have to hope that a problem never happens because in that case The customer always loses out and never them. The last time I purchased the galenic preparation (early April 2024) I received the bottle as in the photo, with part of the liquid poured into the bubble wrap and the illegible receipt. The liquid leaked from the cap so as soon as I shook it some of the product was lost; I took photos of what I received to send to the pharmacy and then decanted it into another container. With extreme surprise, the pharmacy replied that it doesn't depend on them (as if the courier were my supplier) and not happy with the photos I sent them, they wanted a further photo of the liquid level which I couldn't send due to the decanting. This gives me just €5 off my next order. As for the receipt issue, I am told that it is not needed as they are connected with the tax authorities (which is not true, the consumer must have a copy of the receipt for the purposes of the deduction). Moral of the story: after spending €40 of which €10 for shipping, I found myself with an open bottle (therefore of dubious quality in terms of contact with air), with part of the liquid lost and without a legible receipt. I would have expected a little more regret for what happened on their part, just as I would have expected another pack of lotion given that: - the courier is certainly not my supplier (€10 for shipping a vial) - regardless of how much liquid leaked, the package, not being intact and containing drugs, should not have even been usable;

First order placed by them on Wednesday, at the suggestion of my Trichologist. The product arrived two days later, in Milan. Precise and super efficient service! Highly recommended!
