Very kind staff, completely available to the customer. Brand new and technological pharmacy, equipped with a robotic and fully automated warehouse. There are very few examples of these systems that exist in Italy and they are mostly old-fashioned. It is a warehouse consisting of a structure 11 meters long, 2.50 meters wide and 3 meters high, capable of containing 21,000 medicinal specialties. The structure interfaces with the pharmacy's management IT system and has the ability to carry out, in total autonomy, product loading operations, compare the goods with the arrival orders and place them on glass shelves positioned inside or on tracks with very high flow. It is able to manage the deadlines of each product, and the withdrawal of the same is carried out by typing the goods to be sold on the computers. Even more amazing is the system capable of providing the drugs directly to the counter by reading the prescription codes with a scanner. Once the order has been provided with the computer, the system picks up the drugs and, via a conveyor and an elevator, takes them to the sales floor, unloading them next to the operator who requested them.
