Be careful who has to take the swab, it hurts and is invasive. They say they have to go up 5 cm... If a person has a nose higher than 5 cm he doesn't feel anything but if a person has a smaller nose then they cause damage. Furthermore, 40 minutes of waiting is excessive, especially for those who have to return to work. After 4 hours your eyes continue to water.... There is no designated place but they swab you at the entrance to the shop in full view of everyone and with your back against the wall!... Shame! It was information and not statements, communicated by your assistant... Furthermore, there were no waits but you deliberately made me wait. Write whatever you want but the truth is different.
