Having entered with the 3 doors full, one is freed and I stand in front waiting to be waited on. But nothing happens as the pharmacist begins to talk to a lady friend of the family about family problems and things... well, I'm waiting for another pharmacist to become available. Finally she frees herself and I move to her, punctually she also leaves and stands next to the other one, also taking great care of me. I'm standing there at the counter like a provolone for about 10 minutes, while one talks about her business with a lady (who arrived after me) and the others in front of the PC with another customer. I take my glasses, fed up, I turn around and go out. A piece of advice from a customer... do family chats with your smartphone or at home, in the workplace try to be more professional.

Seriousness and kindness are qualities that I appreciate, for them I also add speed and professionalism!!! I highly recommend Farmacia Sant Elia, Monopoli
