Literally pitiful. Having just been discharged from a major leg operation, on the evening of February 4th, the feast of the patron saint of Forlì, I went to this unique pharmacy open for shifts. The 2 doctors present begin to make inferences about the veracity of the discharge sheet issued by one of the most important private clinics in Romagna. Instead, the surgeon had filled them out and signed them in front of me. Not even the medical guard was available at that time as there were no doctors. I explain the situation and the fact that I cannot change the pharmacy as they were the only ones open but despite this they do not sell me the very important medicines to spend the night. Shame on you, you need to be taken to court

The worst pharmacy in Forlì. Obnoxious. Not available. Never a smile. And WON'T ask for a drug with a lower dosage than that indicated in the prescription, a practice that is COMPLETELY LEGAL. If I have a prescription for paracetamol 1000 and you have experienced that paracetamol 1000 is too heavy for you, they will NEVER give you paracetamol 500. Terrible pharmacy, avoid. Near Sarti there are those of San Martino and Vecchiazzano, which are decidedly better.
