Farmacia Scansetti

Visited once to help my mum who needed help with itchiness. Pharmacist at counter was extremely helpful, took her time to help our needs, in English too, but store manager at the back was atrocious. Rushing her because we are 'only Chinese'. I'm sorry but 2 years in Lainate buying and supporting local stores, this is one store we shall be avoiding. (We are British by the way, seems we customers are only Skin deep to that Manager)

A pharmacist who allows himself to shout (without a mask and phrases like "Holy Madonna") at a girl about facts for which he should maintain a certain privacy can only be defined as a very rude person, as well as unprofessional. I hope to be able to save the next customer who is interested in having their privacy respected as well as the rules of good manners which, due to this man's fault, do not seem to exist in this pharmacy.

Excellent pharmacy. Professionalism and courtesy of all staff able to answer any doubts both regarding drugs prescribed by the doctor and to recommend the correct drug without a prescription. The only flaw: the interior poster

Professionalism and courtesy are the characteristics that I find every time I enter this pharmacy. The doctors are always available and ready to help if necessary with targeted advice. Super recommended!
