I'd not advise customers who're getting to Central Station and /or arriving at the Station to approach this pharmacy. Busy, mostly understaffed, you'll be queuing on the street. Bear in mind when you're looking for a pharmacy to get tested for Covid they pretend there's a rule which makes tests more expensive to passport holders. So unprofessional! It's plenty of honest pharmacies around the Station where get tested for the capped €15 regardless your ID document.

It has always been our reference pharmacy. Doctors always available and ready to work hard to find alternative solutions and good advice, especially in this period in which certain drugs are difficult to find. What is not available always arrives within a few hours. I don't think they can do more.

PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS, AVAILABILITY and EXTREME CARE... these are the characteristics in brief of this place! I came across this pharmacy due to an emergency during the mid-August period, when everything is more complicated if you need help! They were ALL wonderful in helping me, explaining me and not "simply selling" me what I urgently needed! A special thanks to Dr. Maurizia and Dr. Bruno who with extreme kindness and helpfulness guided me in facing one of the most difficult moments of my life. I didn't know who they were and they helped me as if we had known each other all our lives!!! THANK YOU!!! Obviously I recommend this place!!! And I add that if all professionals in this field were like this... many clients/patients would be much more serene as they were "guided and advised" and not managed just as simple clients... I GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T LESS, my husband and I went to this pharmacy to get a swab without a reservation, they told us to fill out the form and pay first, we did everything as they told them and they told us to wait an hour like, however, there weren't many people outside the pharmacy so we said yes, then after 2 AND A HALF HOURS we went back to the pharmacy to find out where they are at, they told us that they can't give a time because those booked have priority , there was only one person who did the swab and got the result, entered the data and called the person, so in my opinion we need more staff to do the swab, we said that we can't wait any longer with this cold and there was also rain because we are not accustomed to being so cold my husband also felt ill, I said in the pharmacy that we felt ill but the staff said there was nothing they could do about it because we had to wait for our turn which could be up to an hour, we said that we don't want to do the swab anymore because even 2 and a half hours because doing a swab is too much if you don't know how to work close the pharmacy visa. THEY DIDN'T RETURN OUR MONEY WHICH WAS €40, the staff said you can wait or go but we can't return the money, €40 wasted. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
