I didn't want to write anything but I find myself forced. I entered politely as always and explained that a month had already passed since the note, I was certainly treated badly from that moment on, with the usual way of those who need to vent their frustrations on customers. I tried to talk but the lady talked at me, after I finally said "I can talk" I explained that at the time I went to this pharmacy to get the medicine, the 2 packs were not available but only one, and that the they would have ordered another by giving me a note with collection within 8 days, not communicated orally and I didn't read it because I thought I'd come by the next day. For various reasons I couldn't go there, I tried to go to the pharmacy near my house but the prescription was no longer valid. After 1 month I managed to come back here and what I described happened: arrogance, conceit and rudeness, attacked as if I had stolen, and trying to give explanations I said "the recipe is also valid for 3 months" but in reality it was a way of saying, it was a random number the problem was no longer being able to use it elsewhere. I recommend a psychologist when you no longer have the ability to communicate politely with others.

Always very courteous and helpful. I recently ordered a medicine that was slow in arriving, and they got it to me with enormous effort and always with a smile. Fantastic.
