Popped here for my antigen test during the Christmas break, they were extremely organised in terms of checking people in along with being friendly and professional. They are also very well stocked, I also stopped to buy some skincare products and the staffs were so nice and helped me to find the best product for my needs. Excellent personal attention. Definitely I will be back to buy more!!

The worst experience in taking a rapid test. My husband was in pain for two days. The owner or maybe the manager was really rude and he lied to us about the cost of the test. We paid 30euros each while in other pharmacys the cost is 15euro. He said that in Italy the cost of rapid test among all pharmacies varies between 25 and 30 euro. Huge lie!!! AVOID THEM.

If I ask for a specific throat lozenge I expect to be given this one, there is no way that once I get home I will realize that I have been given another one (without warning!!!). Absolutely unprofessional.

An efficient pharmacy, with a well-organized swab service and done with professionalism and kindness. The fact of being able to book online certainly helps at this time when almost all pharmacies are - for obvious reasons - unreachable by telephone. I took my 6 year old son for a swab, and when we went out he asked me if we could always do the swabs here "because they don't hurt me here"! Very satisfied.
